How we brew.
The brewing matters. Cover your cup — it keeps the volatile, aromatic oils in your tea instead of releasing them into the air. Steep slowly. Drink with attention.
Ingredients
- ·1–2 Warburgia tea bags
- ·1 cup (250ml) fresh, filtered water
- ·Honey, lemon, or fresh ginger, to taste
Steep
5–10 minutes
Method
- 01Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil.
- 02Place the tea bag in a mug and pour the boiling water over it.
- 03Cover the mug with a saucer or lid to retain the volatile, aromatic oils.
- 04Allow it to steep for 5–10 minutes for a strong, medicinal brew.
- 05Remove the bag, squeezing gently to extract the full flavour.
- 06Add honey or lemon to taste — this softens the warm, peppery character.
— A bold, warming brew. Best enjoyed slowly, with a covered cup, in a quiet moment.
Ingredients
- ·1 Ashwagandha tea bag

- 02Add the tea bag, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.

More herbs, slowly added.
Our shelf is small — and we are growing it carefully, one herb, one farmer, one season at a time. If you would like to be the first to know when something new arrives, leave us a quiet note.
